Questions about friendship necklaces
What can a friendship necklace from Øndig say?
Among others we have Best Friend in the World, Best Friend, Friend, Friends Always, BFF’s and Soul Sisters, and designs with hands and Pinky Promise. You can also write your own words when you design your piece.
Can we have matching necklaces if there are three of us?
Yes. Choose the same design for each of you. Engraving on the back is included, so each necklace can have its own text – a name, a date or a short message.
Are the friendship pieces for adults?
Yes. The pendant is 16 mm, and the chain comes in 43 + 5 cm or 48 + 5 cm. The piece has a stainless steel core and stands up to sport and water.
What does a friendship piece cost at Øndig?
The price depends on the pendant you choose, round or superellipse, and includes VAT. Engraving on the front and the back is included. You can add a chain and gift box, and the price of the set is on the product page.
Can I see the piece before Øndig engraves it?
Yes. You design the piece on the product page and see a free design draft before you order. If you want something changed, write to us and we'll make a new one.
When should I order if I want it to arrive for Christmas?
Order in good time before Christmas, so the piece can be engraved, packed and sent.

Seriously good service
Bought a piece of jewellery from Øndig. I was convinced I had ordered it in silver, but unfortunately I had made a mistake and ordered gold. Normally you can’t expect to be able to send something back once it has been personalised. But they were so good that I neither had to send it back nor anything, yet I still got my money refunded. Seriously good service, really worth recommending!

Very satisfied and thrilled with the final result – I can warmly recommend others to buy from them! I contacted customer service on Facebook and got a reply after only 16 minutes! I had a couple of questions about engraving a child’s drawing on a necklace. My picture of it wasn’t quite optimal according to the criteria, but Øndig could still use it despite the quality. I’m very impressed with how beautifully it was made!! My mum was incredibly happy with it and has worn it ever since. The customer service is absolutely top – I can’t fault anything at all. The packaging was beautiful and this is absolutely not the last time I’ll shop at Øndig!

Rarely have I experienced such good…
Rarely have I experienced such good customer service! I contact Øndig because Dao has lost my parcel. The parcel is being searched for, but this can take up to 10 days. Øndig also contacts Dao but can't get any closer to the parcel either. Instead they offer me a new piece of jewellery, so that I can still give the lovely grandma necklace that I've been looking forward to giving at Christmas. That is customer care that means business. A huge recommendation from here
