Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries you can choose at checkout. The delivery methods for your country and their costs are shown at checkout before you order.

Costs

Delivery costs €5 including VAT. Delivery is free from €99.

Orders for Norway are paid in Danish kroner (DKK). Delivery to Norway costs 39 DKK and is free from 749 DKK. Next to the price we also show an approximate amount in Norwegian kroner, for example 595 DKK (approx. 829 NOK); you always pay the amount in DKK.

Engraving, dispatch and delivery time

We engrave and pack orders on working days in Denmark. We send your order as a parcel you can track. After dispatch, you receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch. Outside larger towns it can take up to 2–3 working days longer. This time is guidance, not a fixed date.

Christmas

If you want your order to arrive before Christmas, please order by Monday 14 December 2026 at 23:59 (Danish time). This is our recommended last order date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Outside larger towns, please allow a few extra days.

For Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and the Balkan countries outside the EU, customs can add several days. If your order should arrive before Christmas, please order by Monday 30 November 2026 at 23:59 (Danish time). This is our recommended last order date, not a guaranteed delivery date.
