Really good service and beautiful quality. I have just ordered a pendant with the paw print of my dog, who has now passed away, as an everlasting memory. I contacted customer service because I was in doubt about which print was best for it. Here Ønding gave a really fast and qualified answer and assessment. I ordered the piece straight away, and asked for a draft first. 2 days later the most beautiful pendant was in my letterbox. It lived up to my expectations completely and more. 🤩

Top-class service. My partner had ordered a chain with our daughter's footprint, but got it ordered without text on the back. After a while I could feel I was sorry not to have it. So I wrote and asked whether it was an option to send it in and have it engraved. Now I have the loveliest chain with the print and text on the back 🙏

Super beautiful jewellery. 😍There was admittedly a small error on one of the pieces, but customer service was lightning fast to reply to my enquiry. And within 1 or 2 hours I received a message that they had made a new one and it was already on its way 😍 To err is human, and then it is just wonderful to have such fantastic service!

Super good service!

I had a super good experience with Øndig. I needed to order a Christmas present for my mum of their two dogs' paw prints on two pendants. I had trouble getting any proper prints made, though. So I wrote to their customer service, after which, with the help of two pictures of the paws, they could send it on to their graphic designer. I got the loveliest pictures back, ready for engraving, and I only had to confirm and pay. Really good service!

Service above and beyond ❤️We ordered a piece of jewellery with the footprint of our late daughter, which, due to careless handling by the shipping company, was stolen on our doorstep. Øndig sent a completely new piece free of charge. That is not only outstanding service but also an expression of humanity. Bravo!
